• Abuse: Excessive API calls, spam, or any action that degrades service quality
• Illegal Content: Protecting scripts that facilitate illegal activities

5. Subscription & Payments

5.1 Pricing

Our services are offered through various subscription tiers. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5.3 Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are not available if you have actively used the protection service
• Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds
• Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days

• Protected scripts will continue to function during service outages

8. Limitation of Liability

FILES GUARD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions taken by third parties
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FILES GUARD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Scripts you protect through our service

10. Changes to Terms
